Blissful Abode – What to Expect Should You Rent a Villa or the Entire Island
The accommodation and facilities are superb. The island and decor are embellished with unique and opulent features, coupled with a relaxed, calming, and exotic ambiance. The works and finishings at every turn are a tribute to artistic and talented Thai workmanship. Murals, Thai sandstone carvings, and lights fashioned from original Thai shadow puppets.
There are three extravagant villas on the island:
The ultimate, principal villa, the ‘Upper Villa’, features seven bedrooms, one of which is a very large master suite with two separate bathrooms and its own lounge area. All the rooms envelope the setting, each with a private patio for enjoying nature at its best. The Upper Villa’s living area is truly a treat and a great space indeed, 455 sq meters, dining for 20, and, of course, a sumptuous gourmet kitchen.
The villa would not be complete without a few exceptional extras:
A sunset patio west facing, where some of the most spectacular, memorable sunsets can be viewed.
A 33-meter-long pool with a very large hot tub big enough for everyone and a smaller plunge pool and wet deck for sunbathing. The pool patio area was made for top-notch entertaining – 525 sq meters of entertainment area, with a wet bar and BBQ sala included.
Perhaps the pièce de résistance is the 300-person amphitheater, just off the main patio, that faces south towards Phi Phi Island, overlooking Koh Rang Yai. The entertainment does not stop there.
Below the amphitheater is a karaoke bar and entertainment center, for further entertainment, housing a 43-seater movie theatre that comes with thousands of movies and a network system that covers any room on the island.
Let’s not forget the wellness spa and fitness center, housing half a dozen foot massage stations, seven private ensuite massage rooms, a steam room, and an infrared dry sauna. A full fitness center that is maxed out with all equipment: treadmills, ellipticals, cycles, rowing machines, state-of-the-art power plate, dumbbells, an inversion table, a full commercial grade Vectra work out center, and last but not least, a small Muay Thai boxing area.
The ‘Lower Villa’ is the southern most villa, a seaside villa that almost feels like you are literally on the dazzling turquoise waters. This deluxe villa has eight rooms with the same basic layout as the upper villa, with a few differences. The villa features an impressive games room with a pool table, shuffleboard, darts, air hockey, table tennis, board games, and full wet bar, all for your enjoyment.
The ‘Guest Villa’ is an extremely private luxury villa on the northern tip of the island with incredible views, that include Phang Nga Bay. With four large ensuite bedrooms, each with own bathroom, with separate bathtubs and showers. A private pool and hot tub for you to sink into just as the sun is setting and a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy dinner to the sounds of the sea. The villa’s main living area boasts a gorgeous great room, a dining area, and a gourmet kitchen.
