Survivor Challenge

Aim

This program aims to provide an effective combination of fun but developmental activities to address overall program themes of Team Synergy, Team Energy and Team Fun! This program enables participants to demonstrate and experience the value of team work and communication while enhancing corporate team spirit and camaraderie gained through a shared adventure experience.

Overview

This program can be arranged on an island venue or a Phuket beach location. Teams compete for problem solving activities en route to a grand finale by racing to complete all objectives, mental challenges  and physical challenges. The grand finale will be a challenge to build either a shelter or a raft from materials provided, and then the structure will tested by facilitators – the shelter will be tested for it’s strength and protection against the elements, while the raft will – of course – be subject to a sea worthiness test by racing against your competitors!

The team that successfully completes all challenges and with the most points will be the ultimate Survivor!

Objective

This program is a great opportunity to reward employees with a developmental program that combines skill, team work, competition and camaraderie with a memorable experience. The program is geared to large corporate groups.
